Vinyasa Flow
Details
A flowing and dynamic sequence for all-levels of practitioners. Vinyasa means "to place in a special way." Enjoy mindful movement, guided by the breath and linked by smooth transitions. Modifications will be offered so that everyone feels included. Students will be encouraged to listen to their bodies and to meet themselves where they are at with lightheartedness and curiosity.
