Vinyasa yoga is a flowing, mindful, and dynamic practice that links breath and movement.
Students will move through a series of postures that build heat, strength, flexibility, and focus. Modifications and more advanced postures may be offered.
To reserve your spot, RSVP via our website at Pier to Point Yoga, Spa & Wellness, or with the organizer. Walk-ins welcome if space allows, but RSVP guarantees your spot and helps us prepare a nurturing space just for you.
