Full Body Stretch
Details
This all-levels class combines stretch, mindfulness and relaxation. Taking inspiration from a variety of yoga practices, Anna guides students through an exploration of slow movement and postures to find those stretches your body is craving. Multiple options are offered, allowing students to choose a gentle shape or a pose that offers a more intense stretch. Using breath to deepen the experience, we release and open to more freedom in both body and mind.
