Inky Fingers Winter Crafty Retreat

During this creative and fun-filled weekend, we will spoil you with a dedicated (and secure) workspace beginning Friday at 10:00 a.m. until Sunday at 4:00 p.m. Please remember that this hotel is a no-glitter facility. The room is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight).

Plus, FULL WEEKEND attendees receive all of the following:

• Dedicated craft space - set up on Friday at 10:00 am and leave it the ENTIRE weekend
• $25 shopping spree
• Tool Buffet (my punches, dies, embossing folders, and other tools - many from the new catalog!)
• Scraps station with free scraps
• Water, tea, and coffee all weekend
• Snacks
• Three-morning surprise gifts
• Prize Patrols throughout the weekend

Not everyone can attend the weekend, but we hope you do! If you can't join us all weekend, hopefully, you can get in one or two days of creativity and fun. If you can join us for
TWO DAY attendees, you'll receive:

SATURDAY ONLY attendees, you'll receive:

• Snacks
• Surprise gift for each day in attendance

Full Weekend: $205 (includes a $25 shopping spree!)
Friday/Saturday OR Saturday/Sunday (two-day registration) $170 (includes a $20 shopping spree!)
One Day - Saturday only: $100 (includes a $10 shopping spree!)

Saturday Night Bingo is $15 and will include the following:

• 4 Bingo rounds with prizes and 1 Grand Prize Round with a prize and a Stampin' Up gift certificate!
• Option to purchase additional Bingo boards for $5 - additional board sales are added as a gift certificate to the grand prize round!
• Two make-n-take projects - all supplies are provided
• Snacks, fun, and lots of laughs included

Note that room rates are NOT included while we stay at the hotel for the entire weekend. We have a block room rate that includes breakfast if you want to join us. Reservations must be made by January 20, 2025, by calling Best Western at (253) 912-8777 and using the group name Inky Fingers Crafty Retreat.

The room rate is $130 for a double occupancy standard queen (2 beds) room plus applicable tax. Additional room occupants will be charged $10 per night plus tax. The room rate is $150 for a double occupancy fireplace suite queen (2 beds) room plus applicable tax. Additional room occupants will be charged $10 per night plus tax.
