PIGNETISMI BOOK CLUB – Read, swap & connect
Once a month, we gather in our favorite corner of Rome — Pigneto — to share our love for books, stories, and good conversations.
📖 Each month we choose a book to read together, but we also host a cozy book swapping party: bring a book you’ve loved (or want someone else to discover), wrap it anonymously, and exchange it “in the dark.” A little literary surprise for everyone.
🍸 After that, we get to know each other over an aperitivo in one of the neighborhood’s hidden gems.
Whether you’re a book lover, a curious reader, or just looking to connect in a chill, creative space — this is your invitation.
Come for the stories, stay for the people.

Cosa succede quando le parole incontrano la lentezza, la cura e un prato sotto le stelle?
Nasce un piccolo rituale collettivo: il Book Club di Pignetismi, un momento fuori dagli schemi dedicato a chi ama i libri, ma anche il silenzio condiviso, la lentezza e l’incontro spontaneo.
Entra nella Community dedicata al Book Club
Per questo nuovo appuntamento, ci ritroviamo in una bellissima sala affrescata ex monastero ora struttura ricettiva, allestito per la Community di Pignetismi con una ricca colazione che comprende pietanze dolci e salate, bevande vegetali, tisane, etc.
L'evento sarà guidato da Pignetismi.
📖 SILENT READING PARTY
Avremo la sala tutta per noi, potremo sederci sulle comode poltrone e gustare una ricca colazione, godendoci le vibes di una domenica mattina all'insegna della lettura e delle nuove amicizie.
🎁 BOOK SWAPPING AL BUIO
Dopo la lettura, arriva il momento dello scambio: porta con te un libro incartato e preparati a regalarlo a una persona che non conosci… e a riceverne uno a sorpresa.
Un modo poetico per scoprire nuove storie, fuori e dentro le pagine.
🧡Il silent reading party, sarà guidato quindi alterneremo momenti di socialità a quelli di lettura e allo scambio di libri, nello stile di Pignetismi.
✨ L’evento è aperto a tutte e tutti.
Puoi venire da sola o con qualcuno, ma di sicuro tornerai a casa con una nuova connessione e (forse) un nuovo libro del cuore.
Ci vediamo sotto le stelle del Pigneto.
Porta un libro, porta te stessa e goditi qualche ora offline con noi.
ATTENZIONE
La colazione non è inclusa nel ticket ed è obbligatorio pagare la formula di 12 euro in sede alla struttura che ci ospita, Jo&Joe.

What happens when words meet slowness, care, and a garden under the stars?
A small collective ritual is born: the Pignetismi Book Club, an unconventional moment dedicated to those who love books, but also shared silence, slow rhythms, and spontaneous encounters.

For this new gathering, we’ll meet in a beautiful frescoed hall—once a monastery, now a welcoming guesthouse—set up especially for the Pignetismi Community with a rich breakfast including both sweet and savory dishes, plant-based drinks, herbal teas, and more.
The event will be guided by Pignetismi.
📖 SILENT READING PARTY
We’ll have the entire room to ourselves, where you can relax in comfortable armchairs and enjoy the breakfast prepared for us, soaking up the cozy Sunday morning vibes filled with reading and new friendships.
🎁 BLIND BOOK SWAP
After the reading session, it’s time for the swap: bring a wrapped book and get ready to gift it to someone you don’t know… and receive one as a surprise in return.
A poetic way to discover new stories—both inside and beyond the pages.
🧡 The Silent Reading Party will be guided, alternating moments of social connection, reading, and book exchange—in the unique Pignetismi style.
✨ The event is open to everyone.
You can come alone or with a friend, but you’ll surely go home with a new connection and (maybe) a new favorite book.

Breakfast is not included in the ticket price.
A €12 breakfast formula must be paid on-site.
