• Roomba Rovers (New rovers welcome!)

    Pikes Peak Makerspace

About Our Roomba Rovers A journey to explore many ways to repurpose a Roomba. Individually we are designing, hacking and programming our own Roomba vacuum. Together we will be helping each other along the way. Some are interested in learning how to have a robot roam autonomously via a path. Others to track our pets. Another for sensing and taking measurements in a space. What would you program it to do? Are you ready to Roomba? Come join us! PPM is a 501(c)(3) and accepts donations, especially hackable Roombas! ;-) For those interested in helping out our projects, please visit us on PayPal's Giving Fund: https://www.paypal.com/us/fundraiser/charity/2431489

  • Make an Impact with Electronics

    Pikes Peak Makerspace

Have a socially or environmentally impactful electronics project or idea that you’re working on? I want to help make it a success, especially if it helps our awesome state of Colorado and the world! This bi-weekly event is open to the public and members of the Pikes Peak Makerspace. Whether you have a project for a school, non-profit organization, startup business, or personal project, I can consult with you to bring it to life and/or study the feasibility of it. My speciality is precision and high speed analog circuits, which is interfacing our physical world with the digital world. I can also help out with power electronics, digital, printed circuit board design, and embedded firmware development and debugging. I earned my Bachelors of Science and Master of Science Degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a focus in electronics design and applications. I have over 6 years professional experience working as an Electrical Engineer and have designed multiple successful integrated circuit chips, printed circuit boards, and "off the shelf" systems. If you're coming to the event please answer the RSVP question to confirm the time and what you would like to discuss, or feel free to send me a private message with the details. You can also find my contact information at http://www.a2pdesign.io/contact.php if you prefer email or phone.
