Pilates Stretch/Breath Walk

You're invited to our first Pilates meetup!
Come stretch like a cat using the Pilates Principles, and enjoy being with others who enjoy being with their bodies while opening the physical form.
The Breath Walk is a syncopated walk with a rhythmic mantra to accelerate oxygenation, circulation to give your walking an extraordinary experience.
Wear comfortable clothes and open shoes or sandals. Bring tennis shoes for the walking if you desire.
Total class time: about an hour
Your instructor has 21 years of experience working with the Pilates Principles & Techniques, as well as extensive study in the healing arts and movement.
