🌞 Hi! I’m starting this group to bring together people who love movement, connection, and the sea here in beautiful Barcelona.
I’m a certified Pilates teacher, passionate about mindful movement, breath, and helping you feel strong, balanced and energised in your body.
Join me for outdoor Pilates classes by the beach — a mix of deep core work, mobility, balance, and breath — suitable for all levels.
What to Expect:
Friendly, small group mat Pilates sessions
A focus on breath, posture, core, and stress relief
Classes in English and Spanish
Good vibes, nature, and community connection

First trial class: 5€
Drop-in: 10€
