
What we’re about
The purpose of Pilates is to strengthen the core and back, tone muscles and improve posture, flexibility and coordination. I emphasis breathing techniques to strengthen the lungs. My classes will re-energise you and relieve stress in a friendly and informal atmosphere. Suitable for all ages with classes for different abilities.
Classes last 50 mins to one hour. Individual attention is given to everyone's needs.
