This group is all about moving your body, building strength, and reconnecting with yourself—surrounded by fresh air and good vibes.
My classes focus on core strength, flexibility, posture, and mindful movement, and are suitable for all levels, from total beginners to more intermediate Pilates lovers.
Expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where you can go at your own pace, meet like-minded people, and enjoy exercising in nature.
Just bring a mat, water, and a positive attitude—I’ll take care of the rest.
