2-Hour Silent Meditation

Join us for a two-hour journey into the heart — a meditation experience designed to deepen your practice and nourish your spirit. This immersive evening will take place in our Main Studio Space, held in shared silence and reverence.

Over the course of the evening, we will move through:
- Two 45-minute silent sitting meditations
- 2 short talks on spiritual philosophy that will encourage contemplation, presented by Sujantra and Astika
- Quiet time for journaling, reading and self reflection
- There will be one designated 10-minute break; however, participants can leave and re-enter the space throughout the event. Chairs, blocks and blankets will be provided.
The space is yours–gently held and supported in sacred stillness. Beginners are welcome.

This program is led by our studio founder, Sujantra, musical director, Sanjana & Astika, a seasoned mediation teacher. Together they offer dharma talks, meditations, music and chanting to share inspiration & spirituality.
