This FREE 4-week program led by Sujantra is a transformative journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth. Designed for those who have meditated at least one time and seek to deepen their understanding and experience. We meet every Tuesday in February. Feb 3, 10, 17, 24.

Sujantra offers a unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern insights to guide you towards inner peace, clarity, and enlightenment. We’ll explore numerous meditation techniques, breathing exercises, karma, enlightenment, the matrix of mind, gurus, Nirvana and more!

Please plan to stay, if possible, for the FREE 7:30-8:15 pm Meditation with Sujantra in the Main Studio as it will offer an opportunity to practice meditation and reinforce the techniques and philosophy discussed.
The program textbook is Sujantra’s Learn to Meditate and will require 15 minutes of reading a day. Each weekly session will feature topics of the day (see below for topics overview), meditation techniques, and small-group interactive discussions and reflections, fostering meaningful dialogue on spirituality, consciousness, and the human experience.
Prerequisite: Must have attended at least 1 meditation class with Sujantra.

Daily Commitments:
To get the most from this program please plan to attend all four evenings and set aside 30 minutes a day for reading and meditation.
