Enliven your body, voice, and spirit through singing, chanting, and rhythm. Awaken and invigorate your musical intelligence and spirit of freedom. Music, chanting, and meditation work together to open your heart and still your mind. No experience necessary.
Class Format:
- Connect with your heartbeat and emotions through rhythm. We will use clapping, snapping, drums, and movement.
- Open your expressive capacity by chanting basic seed sounds that are the roots of all languages. Open your throat chakra and heart through vocal expression.
- Guided meditation with music.
- Putting it all together with singing and chanting traditional and original compositions focused on invoking positive attributes and peace of mind.
Parking tips:
If possible, we recommend giving yourself more time than you think you need to arrive and park at the studio without feeling hurried. Free parking is available throughout the surrounding residential areas off Adams Ave. Another free option is parking on the Adams Ave Bridge, which is a 5-minute stroll to the studio.
Checking in for class:
Pre-registering for class on Mindbody helps speed up the check-in process. If you have pre-registered for class, you can either check yourself in at the white iPad stand when you arrive, or you can provide your name to the front desk staff. If you haven't pre-registered for class on Mindbody, please visit the front desk staff and we'll help you!
