Tour of Docked Coliving Properties in St. Pete - limit reached

UPDATE: Docked has asked us to close reservations and to remove addresses of properties. If you said you're coming, I will send you an email with the addresses of the two properties we will visit.

We will tour Docked at Harbordale and Docked in Jordan Park, two recently opened coliving spaces in St. Petersburg.

Docked at Harbordale features a renovated single-family residence, outfitted with custom fixtures, and significant outdoor space for gathering. In 3,050 square feet of living space, the owners have created 8 furnished rooms, each with a private bath; a modern shared kitchen with an individual pantry and mini-fridge for every resident; an on-site laundry, and curated spaces for entertaining and co-working.

We will start our tour at the Harbordale residence and then go to Docked's newest residence, Feast House in Jordan Park. According to Docked's website: "At Feast House there’s always something cooking! Be part of the culinary experience, bump elbows with aspiring chefs, join in on curated events, or break bread with fellow housemates."

NEW: We'll have an optional gathering after the tour to discuss the properties and how they fit with our individual and group wish lists. Location of discussion to be announced during the tour; plan for an extra hour (or so) if you want to attend.
