Speed friending

This could be the year you find your perfect housemates and a perfect coliving arrangement!

This is a casual, friendly event to help you get to know others who also are interested in coliving/cohousing in the Tampa Bay area and to introduce yourself to those nice people!

This is a community-building event for anyone interested in coliving or cohousing opportunities in the Tampa Bay area.

Note: We have a nice but small space, so RSVP to save your spot. And please let us know if your plans change & you cannot make it so we can offer your place to someone on the waiting list.

You're welcome to bring your own beverage or to grab one at the coffee bar, which opens at 10 a.m.
