Taking Over Tech: Empowering Women in the Tech Industry

In 2024, the tech industry in West Central Florida continues to experience rapid growth. According to Dice.com and the Tampa Economic Development Council, Tampa is among the fastest-growing U.S. tech hubs for IT talent. Accentuating this growth is the rise of influential women tech leaders. Local forums such as Women in Tech International and Tampa Bay Wave’s TechWomen Rising Accelerator have provided additional support for women to thrive in the tech space.
