What we’re about

If you have a goal and could do with some extra motivation to help you achieve it, then this group is for you. By talking to other like-minded people in a relaxed, supportive setting, you can take turns talking about what you want to achieve, why you want to achieve it and how you are going to achieve it. Together we can help each other set attainable targets and discuss how to overcome any potential obstacles. In subsequent meetings we can review how we did, what worked and what didn't, and of course give more motivation!
