Join us for the first Candor Investment Meetup for Women, an evening designed to bring together women who are building, investing, and growing in the real estate industry.

Hosted by Sabrina Sanchez, this event was created to build the kind of room many women wish existed when they first got started: a space where you can ask questions, share experiences, build real relationships, and learn from others who are actively investing and operating in real estate.

Whether you are just beginning your investing journey or already building a portfolio, this meetup is about connection, collaboration, and learning from one another.

Sabrina Sanchez is a real estate agent, investor, and licensed General Contractor serving Greater Lowell and Central Massachusetts. After more than a decade in the pharmaceutical industry, she made the bold decision to pivot into real estate and bet on herself. Today she manages her own projects, works directly with contractors and inspectors, and continues to grow her portfolio while helping others navigate complex real estate transitions as a Certified Probate Specialist.

Her journey from Lawrence, MA to becoming an investor and operator reflects the resilience, discipline, and ambition she now brings to the Candor community.

At this first Women’s Meetup, our goal is simple:
