Winter Woof

Join us for 90 minutes of off-leash socializing, playing and woofing at Winter Woof on Sat., Jan. 17, 12:30-2:00 at Twin City Obedience Training Club (TCOTC) in Minneapolis. We'll be in the Star Room, which features padded agility flooring.

We will also have an optional Sweater Swap. Bring new or gently used small dog items that no longer fit or spark joy in your pooch, and take items that your pet likes, e.g. clothes, harnesses, leashes, toys, pee pads etc. Participation is entirely optional. You do not have to bring a sweater to attend--but we may make you take two or three to leave. :)

Cost (includes sales tax): $10 first family dog, $5 each additional dog living in the same household. Maximum two people per family. Payable at meetup in cash or Venmo (user name: PintSizePooches).

Location: We are in TCOTC's Star Room, 2101 Broadway St. NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413. Building is located in a warehouse area (see photos on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/PintSizePooches) Entrance is on the bottom floor. There are three free parking areas around the building: above with stairs leading down, main level upper, and main level lower by the door. You are allowed to park in spaces marked “employee parking” on the weekends. There are two handicap spaces by door.

Safety: Dogs with signs of communicable disease or known exposure to kennel cough, canine influenza etc. may not attend. You will sign a waiver confirming your dog is healthy, that you assume the risks of off-leash socialization, and that you assume responsibility for the action of your dog(s) and guest.

Guests: Guests are people, not pets, and you are welcome to bring a friend or family member age 15 or older, just select +1 at sign-up. Your guest, however, may not bring their dog. To do this, your guest must sign up separately on meetup.com as a member and answer pre-screening questions about their dog. You would then both sign up for specific meetups individually.

On the Going List: Honor your RSVP. If you can’t make it, change your status from “going” to “not going” by sign-up closure, 6:00 Fri. We understand schedules are complicated, but participation increases in winter and we want to allow as many pooches to attend as possible. If there is no wait list, we may be able to take some walk-ins. PM organizer with any questions.
