1️⃣ How Pipedrive migrated from private cloud to AWS

Over the past year, Pipedrive has successfully completed a major project: migrating all our infrastructure and customer data from a private cloud environment at Rackspace to AWS. This strategic move has not only streamlined our operations but has also achieved a significant 20% reduction in hosting costs. What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that our dedicated team managed the entire migration process in-house, without the assistance of external partners. I look forward to discussing the insights and learnings from this journey at the meetup.

2️⃣ Threat hunting in AWS - DNS query logging

This presentation outlines the aspects to consider when preparing yourself for the next big security incident in your cloud-native environment. Using examples from covert data exfiltration techniques like DNS tunnelling, Tiit introduces ways to prepare your cloud infrastructure from security perspective to have enough data for DFIR or threat hunting activities, when smelly stuff hits the revolving stuff.
