Pipedriveās story is unique. We began as a typical startup and grew into a mature company focusing on efficiency and standardization. Weāll dive into how we moved through the different stages of growth and where exactly we invested in engineering during our 13 years as a company.
Speaker: Marten Meikop, director of engineering at Pipedrive
Marten started his career in programming in 1999, and with his solid technical background, has spent the past seven years building Pipedriveās engineering platform team. Heās also a mind sports lover who founded the Estonian Mind Sports Federation and vint.ee. You can find him on LinkedIn.

Bolt engineering manager Viacheslav joined as the companyās sixth engineer in 2016. Since then, heās been crucial in building the foundation of ride-hailing and Boltās Micromobility and Drive products. Viacheslav is a proud father, an NBA fan and an occasional poet in his free time. Mykhailo Dorokhov, engineering L&D lead at Pipedrive
Mykhailo works as an engineering learning and development lead at Pipedrive. He oversees internships, internal onboarding activities and external cooperation in the engineering department. Outside of work, he teaches a custom-made Python course at Tartu Annelinna Gymnasium. Mykhailo also led the creation of the āDigital Product Developmentā study direction at Jaan Poska Gymnasium, a joint initiative between Codesters.club and Pipedrive. In his free time, he plays semi-professional badminton, enjoys 120mm and 35mm film photography, suspenseful and atmospheric video games, cyberpunk movies and anime.
