Piquet is an early 16th-century plain-trick card game for two players and is one of the oldest card games still being played.
The scoring for this game is somewhat complex, but the strategy involved is challenging and fun.

Piquet is played with a 32 card deck (2-6 are removed), Aces high. The game has three phases each of which involves strategy:
Discard
Declaration
Play for tricks
Each game has six hands and the objective is reach a score of 100 or more.
