No script. All laughs! Welcome to Pirates of Tokyo Bay, Tokyo's premier group for English & Japanese improv comedy.
Based at the iconic "What the Dickens" pub in Ebisu, we host monthly short-form improv shows. We focus on creating real human connections through shared laughter and audience-driven storytelling.

台本なし！東京の夜を笑いで彩る「パイレーツ・オブ・東京湾」の即興コントグループです。
恵比寿のブリティッシュパブ「What the Dickens」を拠点に、毎月日曜日の夜、日本語と英語の両方を使った即興コメディショーを開催しています。言葉の壁を超えた笑いと、新しいコミュニティでの出会いを提供します。
このグループで体験できること
新しいスキルの発見 : 即興（インプロ）の基本である「Yes, And」の精神や、クリエイティブな発想法を間近で体験できます。
リアルな交流 : ショーはお客様からの「お題」で進みます。キャストや他のお客様と一緒に笑いを共有し、ショーの前後には Ebisu のパブらしいフレンドリーな雰囲気で交流を楽しめます。
異文化理解 : 国際的なキャストによるパフォーマンスを通じて、英語と日本語、そしてユーモアを通じた異文化コミュニケーションを学べます。
参加費と特典
チケット代は2,500円です（1st drink free / ワンドリンク無料が含まれます）。会場には必ずホストが常駐し、初めての方でも安心して参加できるようサポートします。

パイレーツ・オブ・東京湾は、日本語と英語で公演する即興コメディ団体です。ライブは観客からのお題に基づいてその場で創られるので、内容は毎回異なります。
令和8年度パイレーツ・オブ・東京湾 新メンバー募集オーディションを7月5日（日曜日）に開催いたします。（別日でのオーディションは予定しておりません。）
The Pirates of Tokyo Bay is an improvisational group performing in English and Japanese. Our shows are different every time we perform as we create and personalize each show based on audience suggestions.

No worries if you've never tried impro(v) before. We'll walk through some of our games and techniques with you and see how you do both as an individual and as a team player.***
- Applicants must be at least 20 years old to audition.
- We're looking for people who will be residing in Tokyo for at least a year.
- Belong to an agency? Please let them know that you'll be auditioning.
【日本語募集要項】
募集人数：若干名
国籍：問いません。
年齢：20歳以上。社会人メンバーが主流ですが、学生さんも、先生も、老若男女国籍を問わず広く募集
合格後の活動：毎週日曜日に都内渋谷・新宿エリアでトレーニングに参加。月末の日曜日には恵比寿で毎月ライブ出演のチャンスあり。関東地区に1年以上居住予定の方を対象としています。その他、年に数回海外の即興フェスにも参加します。（渡航費と滞在費は基本自費ですが、パイレーツから補助が出ることがあります）言語：日本語か英語どちらかがわかればOK。(どちらかしか喋れなくても大丈夫！英語だけのメンバーも日本語だけのメンバーもいます)
経験：即興、インプロ、コメディ、お笑いの経験者大歓迎ですが、未経験でもOK。
- 芸能事務所等に所属の方は、必ず許可を取ってからのご応募をお願いいたします。
- オーデイション開催前のライブは6/28（日）19:30- 恵比寿 What the Dickens!で開催します。ご覧になったことのない方、ご興味のある方はぜひライブにいらしてくださいね！（オーディション審査外）→ ライブの詳細を見る
