Vision: Kodo Startups provides entrepreneurs and startup founders with teachings to help make it easier to get things done. Our ecosystem of software tools help makes the process of becoming successful entrepreneurs and startup founders easier. One of our core values is that entrepreneurs and startups founders have to intentionally build a positive startup culture that creates a servant-based culture, as opposed to a self-serving based culture, that has a clear mission, vision, goals, framework of meanings and values. Another one of our core values is that entrepreneurs and startup founders focus on managing the performance of people in planning, coaching, and evaluating people with the recognition that all human beings have an inherent worth. If entrepreneurs and startup founders are able recognize the fact that the number one customer of an organization is their people that work for an organization, and if these people are properly trained and motivated to create a servant-based leadership culture where people are fully empowered to reach out and take care of the number two customer that are the people that user the organization’s products and services, then by showing a genuine interest in and caring for an organization’s people, they will in turn show interest in and care for the people who buy the products and services by engaging with them in such a way that the customers will become fans of the products and services and come around to taking care of the owners and stakeholders of the organization by means of more sales.
