Wine Pairing "Dinner" Regional Series Everywhere Else Edition

It's time for the next wine pairing dinner at my house in Oakdale (by Carnegie).

This is the last of the regional series, so this time pick a wine from a region we haven't covered. This means your wine CANNOT be from Italy, France, Spain, South Africa, Argentina, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, California or Oregon.

Have a local wine you love? Always wanted to do a Sake pairing? Found a wine when you were backpacking through India? Now's your chance to bring it.

Bring a bottle of one of your favorite wines - this time from somewhere different (red, white, rose, sparkles, fortified - whatever you choose) and a shareable dish (hors d'oeuvre, appetizer, main, or dessert) that you think pairs well with it. Make sure it's enough for everyone to try, but with 10 dishes to eat, think 10 tasting portions.

Don't worry about what anyone else is bringing. If we end up with all desserts, then that's what we'll eat. Just DM or text me your wine (label, year, type) and dish when you decide and before 7/11. I will have my oven, stove, or microwave available for reheating or finishing dishes.
