Wine Pairing "Dinner" 94+ Points Edition

It's time for the next wine pairing dinner at my house in Oakdale (by Carnegie).

We're starting a new series I'm calling Arbitrary Wine Criteria. This first one will be wines that are rated 94 points or higher by Decanter, Wine Enthusiast, or James Suckling - or another reputable rater. No random internet ratings.

Bring a bottle of one of your favorite wines - this time with a 94+ rating (red, white, rose, sparkles, fortified - whatever you choose) and a shareable dish (hors d'oeuvre, appetizer, main, or dessert) that you think pairs well with it. Make sure it's enough for everyone to try, but with 10 dishes to eat, think 10 tasting portions.

Don't worry about what anyone else is bringing. If we end up with all desserts, then that's what we'll eat. Just DM or text me your wine (label, year, type) and dish when you decide and before 8/30. I will have my oven, stove, or microwave available for reheating or finishing dishes.
