The next in this series is Eighth and Hayes. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, the deal is $40++ for a pizza and a house bottle of wine. You can go it alone and have lots of leftovers (they do let you take any remaining wine), or you can join in for some sharing. Bring cash (small bills) or be prepared to Venmo if you want to share.

Overview: This series of events will be focused on more budget friendly foodie options. I'm searching out places where quality, creativity, and value go hand in hand. Think foodie finds at food truck prices, big portions that lend to lunch leftovers, BYOB faves, or kick ass happy hour specials that make fancy places a little less wallet busting. You can certainly eat, drink, and spend whatever you want, but the idea is to make it fun to seek out deals and spend a little less.
