Wine Pairing "Dinner" Floral Edition

It's time for the next wine pairing dinner at my house in Oakdale (by Carnegie).

This time we are going to try a format that is a bit different. I am going to pick 2 random names out of a hat (or use chatgpt) from the list. Those 2 will be responsible for bringing the pre-dinner wine. Everyone else will bring their normal pairings. This way we'll have a little more room to enjoy everything. We will rotate pre-dinner wine people each dinner.

The next in the Arbitrary Wine Criteria series will be wines with flowers as the prominent design on the label. I don't mean one where you can sort of see a little flower - one where it is clear and the main design element.

Bring a bottle of one of your favorite wines - this time with flowers on it (red, white, rose, sparkles, fortified - whatever you choose) and a shareable dish (hors d'oeuvre, appetizer, main, or dessert) that you think pairs well with it. Make sure it's enough for everyone to try, but with 8 dishes to eat, think 8 tasting portions.

Don't worry about what anyone else is bringing. If we end up with all desserts, then that's what we'll eat. Just text me your wine (label, year, type) and dish when you decide and before 3/27. I will have my oven, stove, or microwave available for reheating or finishing dishes.
