For our next meeting, we'll have a random potpourri of snippets of what you, the members, find interesting. That's right: it's Lightning Talks time!
To give a Lightning Talk, just come prepared to talk for five minutes on something C++ related. It can be surprising, practical, humorous, musical, or anything else you'd like to share. The bar is low, and you are among friends!
If you have an idea for a talk, please reach out to Chip to get put on the agenda. If you have multiple ideas, that's fine too. :)
Rough schedule as before:
- 7:00: Gather, socialize
- 7:30: Lightning talks
- 8:??: Chat and socialize some more
- 9:00: Close up the venue
The event is free (thanks to our sponsor Aurora!). No dinner will be provided, but there are many local restaurants nearby, and folks are welcome to bring snacks and/or drinks for themselves and/or others.
Paid Parking is available in the 1600 Smallman Street garage, which is attached to the building. There is also limited paid parking available at the terminal just across the street, as well as in a lot just to the left of City Winery.
Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
