It'll take 5-10 minutes and you'll do your part to help us help you and others in our industry. Sharing your compensation, commute, work life, and satisfaction will help us equip you, your friends, and coworkers to ask for raises, negotiate, and improve our industry.

The goal of the survey is to capture a snapshot— our third iteration— of our community and the software industry at large. The data will be used solely for producing our publicly-available, CC-licensed report and handled only by the C&S Survey Team. The raw data itself will not be published. The results report will be shared here when ready, sometime in Q4 2022 at the earliest. You can read past results linked from the survey page.
