Panelist bios:
- Steve Gross is an engineering manager at GitHub and has recently completed 2 successful job searches.
- Yvette Menase is a senior product manager at Libsyn, a leading podcast hosting and publishing company, with a background in engineering, management, and career coaching.
- Jon Chu is a Site Reliability Engineering Manager at Google focused on ML Serving Infrastructure. He's a generalist with a diverse background and broad experience. He's served stakeholders in academia, government, and industry; worked in the areas of robotics, ML/AI, and planet-scale computing infrastructure; and performed roles as a software engineer, engineering manager, consultant, and technical program manager.
- Bruno Lucarelli is a 26-year-old full-stack software engineer with experience in consulting, retail tech, and logistics tech.
- Lewis Bailey worked in maintenance for 12 years before making a career change into tech. He has completed three successful job searches over the last two years and now works as a Data Engineer at Nielsen.
- Sarah Withee is a software engineering consultant at 18F (part of the GSA), a software consultancy within the government to help make software with other agencies.
