Emo Karaoke at the Storyville Lounge

hey folks! a few of us like to do karaoke at the storyville lounge in allentown (inside dr. tumblety’s) on thursdays, and we thought it could be fun to do an informal emo karaoke meetup. storyville’s karaoke is from 7pm (yay elder emos!) to 10pm, and it’s the only place i’ve seen where they actually have a monitor speaker at your feet—so you can hear yourself super well! so we’ll just show up and start singing emo shit (though I don’t expect there will be any genre police on sight).

i’ll likely be there right around 7, and last time we were there until 10. BUT by 8:30 or so, it’s crowded enough that if you haven’t signed up yet, you might not get to sing for a while, if at all.
