The agenda for the evening includes the presentation FileMaker Performance Energized from the team at Zerowait. They have used FileMaker for over 21 years and they’ll talk about how memory and CPUs can make a huge improvement in performance, specifically how their optimized SimplStor PE servers on the Intel X14 platform accelerated FileMaker performance by 300%. Zerowait will demonstrate how they use VMware & Proxmox, the latter including ZFS for virtualization, immutable snapshots, self-healing storage, ransomware protection, and rapid recovery. This enables efficient, secure on-prem FileMaker deployments with AI support, cutting costs and complexity significantly.
