Hi there! Welcome to our group for Narcissistic Abuse, Emotional Abuse, CPTSD and Codependency Support. We hope you'll find the group an amazing healing experience by getting to know our thousands of members worldwide and obtaining the validation and support you're looking for. Here's some Frequently Asked Questions that will help you get started:

(1) OK, SO I JOINED...NOW WHAT? That's an easy one! Your first step should be signing up for and attending a First Timers' Meeting. This is a requirement for all members looking to join one of our daily support meetings. The meeting is designed to introduce you to our rules and regulations, provide you with an idea of what our support groups look like and give you a chance to introduce yourself. The First Timers' meetings are about an hour long and are offered on several days throughout the week. There is a one-time registration fee of $25.00 that is non-refundable and non waivable. Please do not ask us to waive the fee. We keep this fee low in order - the same as a McDonalds meal - in order to accommodate those on a fixed income.

(2) OK, SO WHERE DO I FIND ONE OF THESE FIRST TIMERS GROUPS? When you are in the main group, please toggle to the Events Tab which will show you our next 5 meetings. If you do not see a First Timers meeting there (It will read First Timers Group: Share Your Story), hit the tab that says "Calendar" above. That will show you all of our groups for that month.

(3) ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE SIGNING UP? YES! We take safety and security seriously. Private messaging other members is NOT ALLOWED unless you are an organizer or you are messaging an organizer. If you private message someone on here, we will know about it and you will be removed from the group no questions asked.
