This is a group for anyone wanting to learn more about Mind-Body-Spirit Wellness topics from knowledgeable people and practitioners. We want to bring together those who are seeking information with those who are able to make this information easily accessible and understandable.

Our monthly seated meetings at venues are limited at this time, however we continue to have regular virtual events, plus special weekend workshops and retreats at different locations.

There are so many of us doing this work individually, so we come together to really promote the health and wellness movement that our community has embraced! Whether you are seeking to learn more about Body-Mind-Spirit Wellness topics, or you are already someone who is well-versed in certain aspects, we'd love to meet you!
