Open Mic - Pittsburgh Poetry Collective

We have 1-2 poetry slams per month and have partnered with Poetry Lounge to host an open mic almost every Tuesday.

The PPC welcomes individual(s) of all race, color, class, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, ethnicity, lifestyle, age, ability, disability, or background and by participating in our event actively or inactively you’ve agreed to welcome these individual(s) as well! The PPC does not encourage the presentation of art that may be deemed harmful, derogatory, violent, sexist, racist, transphobic and/or homophobic, etc. We have spoken with our venues and partner organizations before agreeing to collaborate with them and believe that their goals/ideals align with ours.
