On October 18th (our next monthly meeting) we welcome Maria Giordano to Pittsburgh. Maria will be presenting at our Tuesday meeting as well as a special all day Saturday class on October 22nd. More details to come for the Saturday class.

Maria Giordano Is a full-time real estate investor. She initially got her start doing vacation rentals, fix-n-flip properties then moved to buy and hold and later to spec builds and land development. In her former life, Maria was a trauma nurse working days, nights, weekends, and

We stat at 5:30 for the Pre-Class. This is a short 30 minute talk about a shorter topic. Last month was the order that the various trades should come into your renovation project. This month we talk about getting your properties ready for winter. what do you do now to hopefully avoid issues in the cold and snow.

From 6-7 we have pizza and networking.
at 7PM the main meeting starts. Please be in your seats by 6:55PM.
