What are your thoughts and beliefs about death?
- Is death inevitable? What is your definition of death?
What do you believe 'dies' and do you believe anything 'survives'?
- Most people ignore or deny it consciously in their day to day lives.
- Yet it may be the only reason for any religion or spiritual path to exist: to find that part of us that is imperishable.
- Must death be our last selfish task? Or could it be our goal?
- Is it death that motivates your search? Is that which dies also that which is motivated?

- Can death play an active role in life, an active role in your search for answers?
- Every form of meditation is, in essence, a rehearsal of death. There is a saying in Zen: “If you die before you die, then when you die, you won’t die”.
