Tyler said regarding his bi-annual visit:
I am happy to talk about Problems as Opportunities . . . Folks earnest and serious curiosity pulls the juice from Source. And I am okay to be the mouthpiece.

He recently wrote a piece for the TAT Forum "Problems as Opportunities: Relax Into It" which is an excellent introduction for this evening's meeting -from which your questions and comments will be welcome:

A short excerpt:
Doesn’t matter if it is a problem related to health, wealth, family, relationships, the spiritual path, or work. The problem will persist as long as you resist. It may fade to the background for a time, or you might think you have solved it, but it will return in some form or another. In other words, if you try to control the problem, or transcend the problem, you become ever more bound to the problem. You lock it in place. Chinese handcuffs. So what to do?
Relax. Let the thoughts and feelings about the problem arise all on their own—they do anyway. Let them overtake you. Relax into those thoughts and feelings. No need to try to tightly grasp or even witness anything. No need to try and even feel the feelings. Just let them come and fill up your entire Being. No effort required. It will be uncomfortable. Possibly deeply uncomfortable. The imaginary personal self (or I-thought) will want to try and control the situation—that is its habitual job. It will want to fix or heal the thoughts and feelings. Let it dance about but make no effort to push it away. Just relax. And then relax some more. You can do this because your True Nature is relaxation itself. You are the ever-present substratum. Silence/Stillness is another name for you. . .
