Ecstatic Dance Fridays happen EVERY 2nd & 4th Friday of each month!!

This Friday, at Ecstatic Dance, you are invited to Dive Deep within yourself ~ Dive deep and see what is waiting to be found ~ Explore the depths and MOVE with your "Deep Body"

NEW Time!! We will gather 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM*******

Join us for a....
Meditative, unfurling, releasing, healing movement practice
Exploration of individual self and collective self
Journey into the depths of breath, body, movement, and space

In the ancient Latin language, true intelligence was described by the verb "sentire", which meant to feel, to perceive, and to know, all at once. Seeing with the body is just that: To know with our whole being, to live in our "deep body", the meeting place of mind, senses, emotions, eros, and wild psyche; to sense and know beyond the visible and the understandable.

Ecstatic Dance gatherings are all ages, sober, intentional, and free-form movement experiences that invite you to be present, to feel free, and to dive into the wisdom of your body!

No dance experience needed; No steps to learn. All bodies and physical ability levels are most welcome. ♥

Event flow:
7:30 PM: Doors open ~ Warm up & Intention Setting
7:45 PM: Opening circle & Guided Meditation
8:00 PM: Movement Medicine Journey!
9:15 PM: Closing circle & Integration

Dancing is in bare feet, socks, or shoes depending on your preference. Feel free to dress up and go all out, or dress down and just be.

Special items for the community altar are always welcome, as are offerings of live music/singing for opening/closing circle :)

Join us in Fellowship Hall located off of Centre Avenue. FREE off-street parking for a limited number of cars.

*Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
