What we’re about
Welcome.
Pathwork is a journey of self-discovery that deepens your connection with yourself, others, and Spirit. It’s a psychological and spiritual process of transformation that helps recognize your defenses and understand their roots in a way that can be incredibly freeing.
There are no “musts” – you are free to take what resonates and leave the rest. There’s nothing to join; only opportunities to grow, find support, and connect with a welcoming community.
Pittsburgh Pathwork is a member of the International Pathwork Foundation (https://pathwork.org/), which has communities and chapters around the world.
Our purpose.
We’re here to create a welcoming space for honest self-exploration, mutual support, and spiritual growth. This work begins with self-awareness and acceptance which, for many, leads to more ease, joy, and authentic connection. We explore the teachings of Eva Pierrakos in community – not as doctrine, but as a living path.
What many experience.
• Feeling more at home in their own skin
• Greater ease in setting healthy boundaries
• More fulfilling relationships with self and others
• A deeper sense of gratitude and meaning
• Connection to something greater (God, Nature, Life, the Universe)
• A sense of belonging and shared growth in community
• Increased self-awareness and emotional clarity
• More compassion for self and others
• Greater resilience during life’s challenges
What we offer.
🌿 Free gatherings on the first Wednesday of the month, October through June. Lighthearted conversation, a beverage, and a treat are available starting at 6:30. A teaching based on Pathwork principles runs from 7–8:30 p.m. A free-will offering is welcomed to help cover the cost of the space, with no pressure to give.
💬 Ongoing opportunities for open-hearted conversation and peer support through connection with an optional “Pathwork buddy” and/or in small groups offering meditation, lecture or book study, and more.
💫 Occasional fee-based workshops. Scholarships are available!
✍🏽 Creative and reflective practices that gently guide us inward and help us slow down, notice what’s true beneath the surface, and reconnect with what Pathwork calls the Real Self: the deeper, wiser part of us that already knows how to love, live, and trust.
All are welcome.
Everyone with an open heart and a wish to deepen awareness, acceptance, and connection with oneself and others is welcome. You don’t need prior experience with Pathwork or any belief system. Whether you’re deeply spiritual or just starting to explore, you’re welcome here. Come to a gathering (in-person or on Zoom), bring a friend, and be yourself.
Let’s connect.
Discover how self-awareness and acceptance can bring more ease, joy, and authentic connection to life. There’s nothing to fix, only more of you to meet. Let’s walk this path together.
