FIRST WEDNESDAYS LECTURE SERIES
This year’s theme: A Leap of Faith – Trusting the Flow of Life.
On March 4, the teaching will be rooted in Pathwork Lecture #168: Two Basic Ways of Life: Toward and Away From the Center
We can choose to move toward our divine center – the place within us where we have infinite creativity, openness, and bliss. Or, we can choose to move away from our center toward hopelessness, contraction, and despair. Why would we not choose bliss?
Often, we are not aware that we are choosing. We have unconscious fears that we must meet, an inherent distrust of the universe, and fear it will not give us what we want. This creates a tense inner knot, a soul cramp, that keeps us from our divine center.
We will use a guided meditation to gently unearth what our fear may be, feel where this tension lives in us, and learn how to relax it – opening to the possibility of making a different choice.
When: 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. ET. Trained teachers explore aspects of Pathwork lectures, making them accessible and applicable to daily life and inner growth. Come early to mingle and enjoy a beverage and treat starting at 6:30 p.m.
Where: East End Cooperative Ministry (EECM), Pittsburgh PA 15206 (see note with map). Also on Zoom (see below).
