At work, resiliency means smiling through the fifth 'urgent' meeting about the same problem we’re still not fixing. I'm a corporate superhero—my power is not screaming.

OK, maybe a sarcastic, yet Agile twist:
In Agile, resiliency means smiling when the sprint plan changes for the fourth time this week and pretending it was always the plan. ‘Responding to change’ is just code for ‘brace yourself.

ok, seriously
Resiliency is the ability to recover quickly from setbacks, adapt to change, and keep moving forward—without throwing your laptop out the window.
And in an Agile context:
Agile resiliency is a team's capacity to navigate shifting priorities, unclear requirements, and daily chaos with a sense of humor, continuous improvement, and just enough coffee to stay optimistic.

These Days, I think we all need a bit more resilience in our lives
