Whether it is starting to work out more regularly, or reducing the amount of social media you consume, we all have areas of our lives that could be improved by developing the right habits. In this interactive workshop, you will learn the science behind how to approach changing your habits and making those changes stick, as well as how to personalize these strategies to make them work for you and your lifestyle. This meet-up will be ~40% lecture, and ~60% individual exercises and group discussion.
