2.) I will be giving an interactive talk on the Science of Overcoming and Mastering Mental Illness via Mindfulness

https://s3.amazonaws.com/ADHDMastery/The+Science+of+Overcoming+and+Mastering+Mental+Illness+via+Mindfulness.pdf

I will be sharing my journey from struggling with 5 mental illnesses to completely overcoming them – being symptom and medication free for over 18 years. We will discuss the science and research that underpin the system I have used to help my clients over 10 years, how it can work for others struggling with these symptoms, and offer interactive exercises/takeaways for participants. Come learn, get inspired, and find peace. _____________________________________________________________________

3.) Come to Connect with other Mindfulness Practitioners:

All are welcome to come, connect, and collaborate...and we want this mindfulness fair to be not just be a day of free food and free mindful classes, but also the meeting of all practitioners of all different traditions in the city. Bringing everyone together to connect is our larger visions :-) ______________________________________________________________________

4.) About University of Pittsburgh's Center of Mindfulness and Conscious Studies

CMCS is an inter-disciplinary research center founded by many departments within University of Pittsburgh as hub for research, education, and practical services related to mindfulness. The goals of the Mindfulness Center are synergistic with the University’s mission of promoting research, education, and service/clinical practice. In the years to come CMCS will be engaging in more and more research of mindfulness in community, education, health, and human potential to affect change. With it being connected to the University, UPMC, and the international research community....The implications for our city could be huge.

I hope you dig the vision, and hope to see you there :-)
