PGH Web & Graphic Design August 2022 Meetup @ Galley Bakery Square

Hey, Designers!

You may notice a few changes have happened to the group. We are now the PGH Web & Graphic Design Meetup Group! Considering how closely web and graphic designers often work, we feel it makes sense to bring them together to make the meetup more robust.

This month's meetup will be in person at Galley Bakery Square in Pittsburgh's East Liberty neighborhood. If you haven't been to the Galley before, they are a cafeteria style bar with a selection of "concept" restaurants to order from. They have ample outdoor seating we can utilize for a group as well as indoor options if the weather doesn't cooperate.

We will start with a quick round-table where everyone can talk about what they do in the design industry or their goals, then move on to an open discussion and networking mixer. Feel free to move around and get to know anyone who stood out to you in the round-table!

*The Galley has a cap on groups larger than 15 people before they consider us a "private party". Given the group turnout in the past, we don't anticipate hitting their limit, but if we do we may not be able to stay at one table together.
