What we’re about

Are you someone who struggles with staying focused and productive on your own? Whether you have a big work project, are writing a novel, studying for a big exam, or just trying to get through your to-do list, this group will be a safe space for you to dedicate yourself to your goals.

Body doubling is a productivity technique where a person works alongside someone else, either in person or virtually, to stay focused and motivated. The presence of another person helps reduce distractions and provides accountability, even though the people aren’t necessarily working on the same tasks. It’s about creating a supportive environment for getting things done.

This group is for people who want to work alongside others to stay motivated, reduce procrastination, and get things done. We'll meet up in public spaces in a positive, low-pressure environment where we can focus on our own tasks while providing mutual accountability and support.

Whether you're a student, freelancer, creative, or just looking to get more done in your day, this group is all about creating a supportive and productive environment where we can accomplish our goals together.

What to Expect:

  • 15-30 minutes of social time: We’ll start by checking in, sharing our goals and progress, and celebrating wins so far.
  • 1-2 hours of focused work time: After the check-in, we’ll dive into our own projects, working side-by-side in a low-pressure environment, providing accountability and support as we stay focused.

Join us and tackle our goals together!
