Getting a job is tough. Perhaps next to impossible in some situations and markets.
Go into a local store or market and ask for a job, what will they tell you? "Go look on our website" and so you have. And you have applied until you have carpel tunnel from the sheer quantity of applications you've made.
"So take a course, retrain yourself" which you would do but you need money to survive while learning.
"Get an entry level job and learn while at work" so you've explored the entire of the uk market each morning and for your efforts you find there is no entry level and even some apprenticeships that still filter you out for anything other than "2 years industry experience"
I could go on but basically, it seems rigged against us. The only solution I see is to create something out of nothing. We cannot stay stuck in our homes perpetually applying for roles that may not even be real in the first place.
This group's purpose is to find work but also to fix the problems that we all struggle with.
There has to be a better way
