About this workshop:
As Erika and Sherry worked closely to build a product, we ran into some tangled-up discussions with other team members. Through the experience, we've found patterns for why these difficult conversations occur. In this workshop, we want to help designers to be able to realize some pitfalls and course-correct the discussions when they happen.
