Sandwell Pixel Dreams and Vintage Dreams

We are getting the Pixels And Pastimes Retro Computing Club together for an afternoon in Sandwell to celebrate our shared love for classic hardware and vintage software. Whether you have a specific project you are currently tinkering with, a console you want to show off, or you just enjoy the aesthetic of early computing, this is a space to connect with others who appreciate the same nostalgia. We will have a mix of vintage machines set up for demos, and there will be plenty of time to trade technical tips or just swap stories about the gear we grew up with.

This event is open to anyone with an interest in retro tech, regardless of your level of expertise. You do not need to be a hardware expert to join us; we are mostly here to enjoy the hobby in good company. If you have a favorite piece of kit you would like to bring along, feel free to do so, though simply bringing yourself is more than enough. It would be great to see a good turnout, so if you think you can make it, please let us know by sending in an RSVP.
